Phantom, the Thief Hero

I need you to find Phantom...

Too bad I don't know where he is!

I'm told he has his own airship, called the Lumiere, and he travels all over. You don't happen to own an airship yourself, do you?

Too bad. Then our next best bet is to head to Ereve, where he first appeared. Rumor has it that he stops there from time to time.

Talk to Empress Cygnus when you get there. She might have a lead on where to find Phantom.

What do you mean, 'no'? This isn't a joke! Don't be picky about which Hero I send you to!

Hello, Explorer. What brings you to Ereve?

I see. I am saddened by your story and understand why you seek Phantom.
