Preparing for the Extreme

So, you're going to reseal Rex. I must warn you, the place you're headed is extremely cold. Just standing still will deplete your HP. The cold might even interfere with potions... I suggest you prepare yourself before you head out.

Gather some items for Arec, and he'll make you a special item passed down amongst Thieves that should keep your warm. He'll need 10 Coal Dusts, 1 Steel Plate, and 1 Pure Water. You can obtain Coal Dusts from the monsters in the Abandoned Mine.

You may end of freezing to death if you go unprepared.

What business brings you here?

Just thinking about the Ice Ravine makes me shiver. I'm surprised Robeira remembered that I can make this. It's made using a secret method passed down by Thieves in the El Nath region. Have you brought the required materials?

Yes, these are it. Here goes nothing...

I don't think you've brought all the necessary materials. The materials are 10 Coal Dusts, 1 Steel Plate, and 1 Pure Water.

Gather all the materials I told you about and go to Arec, the Thief Job Instructor.
