You can get the food and Empty Lunch Box by hunting normal monsters. Just make sure they are no more than 10 levels higher or lower than your level, okay? Be sure to check the levels of the monsters you fight.

Oh, and monsters that are Level 150 or higher will drop special food and lunch boxes, regardless of the character's level. So, if you think you're strong enough, you can always try hunting the big ones!
