Releasing the Free Spirits

Your mission is not over yet. Take this pouch. It contains the Free Spirits you collected. I'll open the portal to Sky Terrace of the clocktower.

You'll see a ladder that one of our members set in Sky Terrace. Climb up and free the Free Spirits there.

You must do it quickly and carefully. Release the Secret Master Soul Teddy Ghosts so they can destroy all the other creatures there. Everything needs to be completely eliminated. Except you, of course...

If you accept, I'll give you the Black Bag and open the portal to Sky Terrace.

Use the portal I created to get toSky Terrace. Please hurry.

What? I thought you'd take on this mission...

You released the Free Spirits? Thank you. You are truly amazing. This means that all the guards have been distracted. Next, we'll just have to take care of Door Block and the Seal Stone is ours... Oh, haha, never mind.

Uh, I have a question I've been wanting to ask.

I'm sorry, but your mission is not yet complete. Please complete one more job and I will tell you whatever you want to know.

(The guards were pretty angry about the Free Spirits. Is this really the right thing to do? You want to ask, but Hiver's already started talking about the next mission. You might as well complete this mission, then ask.)

Here is your next mission.

So you haven't gone to Sky Terrace yet? Take the pouch I gave you and unleash the spirits before you come back and see me. Oh, if you've lost the pouch, forfeit the quest and come talk to me again.
