Starting the quest
We really didn't think it was a problem at first, but then the water just kept getting higher and higher. Soon, all of Rien will be underwater!
All the creatures of Rien are working together now... The Penguins, the Malamutes, and the Seals... They used to fight all the time, but they've put aside their differences.
They've taken to studying the islands that were most affected. Nobody knows what's causing it yet, but I think they're close.
They could use your help. You'll find them along the Riena Strait, if you want to get involved...

You need to take a boat to get to Riena Strait. There's a penguin named Putan at Glacial Observatory that can take you there.
(Walk east to Penguin Port and take the boat to Riena Strait.)
