Romero's Dilemma

Hey! I hear you're going around doing good deeds. So do me a good deed, huh?

Remember that reagent I made? The real farty one?

Ever since I used it up, my life's gotten worse! You don't know how danged INTIMIDATING non-stop gas is at the negotiation table!

I can mix the stuff myself. I just need some Specter's Deadly Poison. Just 50 will do...

Just...keep this to yourself, okay? Get me 50 Specter's Deadly Poison items from the Guerrilla Specter monsters over at Heliseum Downtown Center!

What? It's a perfectly normal request!

You got all the poison vials?

Let's just pretend this exchange never happened. Don't want my competition catching wind of my secret, do we? Heh heh heh...

You don't got enough Specter's Deadly Poison items yet. I need 50!
