Seventh Mission: Eyewitness

It's been relatively quiet, hasn't it? Well, you've been issued a new mission. You've probably heard from Yun, but Lady Syl has been investigating the death of the former Dark Lord and she would like to find some eyewitnesses. If there is an eyewitness, the Dark Lord won't be able to deny his crime. Your mission is to find someone who witnessed the death of the former Dark Lord.

Since the incident happened awhile back, this task won't be easy. Your best bet is to talk with older people. Perhaps you can try Mr. Pickall, since his business involves dealing with lots of different people and he should be well aware of what goes on. Oh, and you can report the results of this mission directly to Lady Syl.

Why are you so nervous? Being nervous isn't going to help you with this mission.

I heard that you were handling this mission. Were you able to find any eyewitnesses?

I met and spoke with Manji in Perion since he knows Tristan, who was a friend of the former Dark Lord. I figured he might know something about the former Dark Lord.

Yes, I suppose that's reasonable. So, what did he say?

He said that the former Dark Lord went to the Cursed Sanctuary upon Tristan's request to join in the battle against Balrog. Unfortunately, they were somehow separated, and by the time Tristan and Manji arrived, the former Dark Lord had already passed away.

So...did he see anything?

Manji said that when he got there...he was there...covered in blood...

By 'he' you mean...

A boy named Jin...

Hmph! It really was him! Jin was the culprit behind the death... Now, the time has come for vengeance!

I need to be alone right now. Please leave.

Any updates on your mission? I hope to see some results soon.
