[Silent Crusade] Suspicious Energy

The heroes are safe for now. They'll sleep for many years, but someday they'll awaken. Thank you. I will say, though, that for just a brief moment, I sensed an evil presence. It reminded me of the Black Mage. I bet it was Arkarium.

Where did you feel it?

It's faint, but it came from the Temple of Time. When we sealed the Black Mage, Freud and I utilized all our magic to create a safety measure. We twisted time and space at the moment the Black Mage was sealed, so no one could go back to the past.

But it's different for the Transcendent of Time, Rhinne.

No matter how good Freud is with time magic, he is only human after all. For the goddess Rhinne, who is time itself, she could easily bypass the twisted time and space. I think I know why Arkarium didn't appear in front of us.

Then Arkarium is...!

It seems like you and I agree. Yes, Arkarium must have visited the goddess Rhinne, who was sealed in the Temple of Time.

I want to go after him, but I don't have the strength anymore. So you should go to the Temple of Time and look over the situation.

The only way to reach the Temple of Time is to transform into a dragon and fly there. Go to Leafre and find Tamil the Halflinger. He will show you the way.

Huh? A question all of sudden?

Your questions is if Arkarium's goal is to eliminate the heroes, now would be the best time for him to strike, when the heroes are defeated, right? That's a valid question.

Even if he can't get rid of Luminous sealed with the Black Mage, Luminous won't make a big deal out of it, and will just stay silent. Attacking the current heroes is an obvious choice.

But he is sneaky like a snake. There must be more ulterior motives. First, please head to the Temple of Time.

We can't ignore this! If the Black Mage reawakens now, Maple World is doomed!

...Back! BACK, FOUL MONSTER!

Calm down! I'm not a monster! I'm just here to learn how to transform into a dragon. Totally different thing.

...Huh? You're a person! Fascinating...

Give me a moment to catch my breath, okay? You scared the bejeezus out of me!

Tamil should be somewhere deep inside Leafre. Take the portal to the right.
