Starting the quest
The information you gave me was a great help. The tree from the rumor seems to be Stumpy. Rumor has it the stumps on Perion Stone Mountain appear to be malnourished. You can see the stumps' branches withering away.
All this concludes that Stumpy has returned. However, this is just my assumption, and no evidence exists to prove this. In order to prove my theory, I need Dry Branch from the stumps. Will you help me again?
Reply to “Yes”
Thank you. You are a very active person. Dry Branch is the condition of all the stumps. In addition, Dark Axe Stumps are more prone to this condition than normal stumps. Observe these stumps and bring back 100 Dry Branch.

It's not a difficult task. I don't understand why you've suddenly switched gears on this.
Turning in the quest
Thank you. It's worse than I thought. I will need to look into this.
