Then go to Road to Oblivion 3 and defeat Oblivion Guardians. If you defeat 50 of them, I will grant you permission to go further.

Go on. You should be able to go up till Road to Oblivion 4. As you can guess, you can't go beyond that. If you want to go further... you'll have to take a new test.
