Tess's Confession

The name's Tess. Athena Pierce and my parents, Destonen and Yuris, are old friends.

That's great. Why do you keep calling me Kao?

Because you and Kao are practically identical. Are you sure you're not related?

I don't know anyone named Kao...

Fine, fine, you're not Kao, but the resemblance is uncanny...

Why were you chasing that bunny?

I wanted to question it. All I know is, he's part of some shady organization. My current objective is to stop that group from... Well, that's none of your business.

No, I want to hear more about the shady group!

Just know this: Something major is going to happen in Maple World soon. It's why I came back here.

Oh! Athena Pierce wants to talk to you!

And I want to see her, but not yet. I have urgent business to take care of first. Speaking of which, I'd better get going.

It's sweet that you chased me down for Athena Pierce. You really are like Kao...

Anyway, gotta jet. I have a feeling our paths will cross again soon.

You want me to repeat all of that? Okay, again, from the very top...

I wonder if I should tell Kyrin I finished Athena Pierce's errand... Nah, I'm sure Athena Pierce already told her. But this Tess character...

He said something big's going to happen soon. What does he mean?
