The Fallen Clocktower

I have a new mission for you, but it requires you to leave Ereve right away. I'd suggest you take care of any unfinished business before you go. If you're ready, would you like to embark on the mission now?

Someone has been tampering with the Ludibrium Clocktower. It would be... problematic if we were to let it continue.

What concerns me is the Clocktower's time-distorting capability. You will go to Rien and speak with Lilin regarding the events in Ellin Forest. Please, send her my warm regards.

That is fine, attend to your business and let me know when you are ready.

What can I do for you?

Did Neinheart really send you? How's my bro... I mean, Neinheart?

Don't tell me you don't know how to get to Rien. You must speak with Lilin soon.
