Starting the quest
Long time no see. You need to have something extra even if you completed the 4th job advancement. What am I talking about? I'm asking you if you need magic to give you more power.
You seem to be puzzled. Don't worry. Evil Eye, the spirit that is within you, will learn the magic skills, not you. It used to be a spirit of a wicked man, but it has since been purified and is a pure spirit now. You can awaken his power...
Evil Eye has power called blessing power. This magic will give more power to those who seek it. Are you curious? Evil Eye's power will become your power. No harm in having it.

Then go to see the magician, Flo standing in Path of Time. He would know about the history of Evil Eye.
Reply to “No”
Hmm.. If you don't want to, then that's fine. Take care of Evil Eye!
Turning in the quest
You came all the way to Path of Time! Did you come to see Flo's magic? I'm willing to show......No? You are the one Harmonia talked about! Can you show your spirit?
Reply to “Yes”
Ah, this is Evil Eye. He used to be bad. He looks cute without his memories...
