Oh, this is it! Tachion is the one that reacts well with Mysterious Powder, the one I have. With these two, I think we can make the Time Sphere! What do you think? Can you gather them up some more?

Like I said, thanks to you, we now know that Tachion and Mysterious Powder reacts to one another. Transforming this into a sphere that generates massive power will require a lot of these. You can gather up Tachion through the monsters that can be found downstairs. Only [*]Master Death Teddy has Mysterious Powder, however.
