Starting the quest
Are all Cygnus Knights as stubborn as you are?
(The speaker's voice is disguised. They sound mildly annoyed, though.)
Are you from the Resistance?
Correct. What is it that you want?
The Black Wings are active on Victoria Island again. I just want to know why.
I see. And you expect us to share that information with you?
We have a common enemy. I believe we can help each other.
Let me make this clear up front: we have no intention of allying with you. However, you aided our kids, and we will not be in your debt. I will give you this information and then we will be even.
Reply to “Yes”
Very good. Now, listen closely.
Reply to “No”
Are you deaf? I said, we will NOT be in your debt.
Turning in the quest
The Black Wings are directing all of Edelstein's vast energy resources to a single spot. Because of that, the city's been experiencing rolling blackouts.
It's affecting the city's power plants, fish factory, lighting system, even our water supply... And it's all to fuel the Black Wings' top secret experiment.
We don't know what the experiment is. If we did, well, we wouldn't tell you. But I will tell you this: they've been stealing Seal Stones from Maple World. The two are probably related.
Reply to “Yes”
I have said enough. Our debt has been paid. Go home, Cygnus Knight.
(The phone goes dead.)
