Your Fourth Informant Assignment

I just got word that the Puppeteer appeared in Ellinia again. Can you go there for me?

Rowen the Fairy in Ellinia says she saw the Puppeteer. Go interview her and see if you can learn anything useful.

(When you accept, you will move immediately to Ellinia.)

What brings you here? We've got trouble with the Evil Eye, so if you... Oh, wait. You're here about the Puppeteer?

Are you sure? This could be our big break!

Go to Ellinia. You can go from Six Path Crossway to the forest in Ellinia, or use the Regular Cab in Victoria.
