Assassin's Mark

Assassin's Mark is a skill in GMS v271.

Description

While attacking with this skill, you have a chance to leave an assassin's mark on your target. The next attack on a marked enemy will cause throwing stars to form on that enemy and attack other enemies nearby. Throwing stars target the enemy with the highest HP first and are unaffected by attack reflection.
