Hughes the Fuse's Basic Theory of Science

The class on the theory of science will be run by my dear friend Hughes the Fuse! You can find Hughes the Fuse hunkered down in his lab somewhere inside Orbis Tower of El Nath!

Ah! The tuition for the class will be 10,000 mesos, paid in advance! Will you sign up for this class?

I will notify Hughes the Fuse that you will be on your way! You should leave soon, since Orbis Tower is far from here!

Are you short on mesos? How foolish of you to curtail your desire for knowledge because of money!
