Garbled Command Book

Show that penguin that we seals are nothin' but good.

(Return to the Glacial Observatory and deliver the Garbled Command Book to Putan.)

Help us put this nastiness behind us.

We will find help to decode command, then we will crush enemy base.

(Talk to Nora.)

D-did you lose the Garbled Command Book?

Don't lose 'em again! They're very important.

What can I do for ya?

(Deliver the Garbled Command Book.)
