Your Item Inventory consists of the Equip, Use, Set-up, Etc, and Cash tabs.

Items you pick up are automatically stored in the appropriate tab of your Item Inventory.

Double-click an item in your Item Inventory to use it.

To discard an item, drag it out of your Item Inventory.

Once your inventory is full, you can't get any more items. Discard or sell what you don't need.

Items in the Use tab can be assigned to a hotkey.

If your HP reaches 0, you're a goner. Eat food or drink a potion before that happens!
