A Request from Staff Sergeant Charlie

It is good to hear that he is alive. So he is working at El Nath huh? Okay... I found 老旧的地图片 and this would be somewhat related to our mission.

珀斯上尉 should be waiting for this item. Just pay me an information fee of 8000 Mesos and I will give it to you. Without this item, you won't be able to prove that you met me, so I suggest that you accept this condition.
