Another New Skill for Thunder Breakers

Eh? What is it? Huh? A new skill? How is this information leaking? I don't think other commanders are sharing this information. Anyway, since it's you, I have already given up on trying to convince you not to learn this skill. Just try passing this test.

Head over to the 4th Drill Hall of 演武场入口, pass the test that's given to you, and bring back 能力的证物 so I can teach you the new skill.

Eh? You don't want to do it? What is it? Is something wrong? This is not fun.

Ohhh! You managed to bring back 能力的证物! I knew you'd be able to pull it off! Well, here's the new skill for you!

It's a new skill for the Thunder Breakers, Speed Infusion. Use it well, you understand?

Ah, were you not able to find 能力的证物...? You can get it at the 4th Drill Hall of 演武场入口. Of course, you know that it's the getting part that's the hardest.
