The Outsider

Shouldn't you be spending some time to better yourself? You're just loitering around. There's a fellow named 斯内潘 outside of the town that shares your enjoyment for doing nothing.

He's quite the intelligent man, truthfully. A master of claiming supplies that don't belong to him without getting caught. He'll never be an officer with that sort of selfish thinking, but you might learn a thing or two.

Walk east from town. You'll see 斯内潘 right before you reach the mines.

Well then, just loiter around the town if you want. Not my problem.

What do you want? I have duties to perform and I will not let you get in my way. Every second I spend talking to you is a meso unearned.

You haven't met 斯内潘 yet?
