[Verne Mine] I Can't Escape

What? Its the same as always! You must have misjudged the Big Boulder Muncher's movements. Stupid human. I guess not all humans are smart.

Never mind that! I have to worry about my mission. My mission is to keep my eyes on 嘉比. It's not like she can escape, but a job's a job. I'm going inside!

...

Why didn't you flee? Didn't 阿班 tell you to run away?

Oh, you are the person who helped 阿班 get here? Thank you for helping 阿班. But I can't run away.

Our town is under the control of the Black Wings. If I were to run away, I suppose things would be better for me...but not for Edelstein. The Black Wings would try to exact vengeance.

So, you see, I can't leave this place. But don't worry. One day, we'll overcome the Black Wings. I just have to be patient and wait for that day.

嘉比 is safe. Although, I suppose she couldn't have run away in such a short time anyway?
