Hmmm... I see. According to your information, the unruly kid carrying around a doll that the residents of 奇幻村 saw was indeed 傀儡師. He was hiding himself in the confines of 奇幻村 and roamed all over Victoria Island, controlling various monsters.
Now that we have finally located the enemy, we won't have to hesitate much longer. I want you to head over to the Rocky Wasteland of Perion, find the home of 傀儡師, and defeat 普蘭西斯 the 傀儡師. I'm sure you'll be able to handle this on your own.

Black Wings are a group of followers of Black Mage. They long for the time when Black Mage controlled the world and would do anything to bring the Wizard back to life and regain control of the world. I can't believe the 傀儡師 was also a member of the Black Wings. It looks like they'll become active once more.
