[Magatia's Secret] Phyllia's Pendant

Do you... Need me for something? 特力? Why do you want to know things about him? I... have no comment on the matter! I can't stand the fact that people that don't know him are constantly gossiping about him... like he's some monster. I don't want to hear it.

I met 特力. I even talked to him.

...Did you know 特力 from the past? It doesn't look like you did, though... 特力 has been missing for quite some time. How can you claim that you saw 特力 then? When? And Where?

That's by following 派溫's afterimage to the past...

Don't mention him any more. You're pretending to be kind to him, but you're really just trying to make him a sinner like yourself! If you want me to believe what you say, you need to show me proof.

I don't think I ever heard from him that he had a friend like you...

This... the drawing on this item is actually a rose from the snowfield. It's the very rose that 特力 gave me for his very first present. It's a silver pendant with the rose from the snowfield engraved on... 特力 had promised to give me this as a present, but... if you found this at his home, then... you really must have met with him...

I have no clue what 特力's studies were. Maybe he was experimenting with something very dangerous. Even so... the way the presidents of both societies have acted since his disappearance unnerves me. They went to his house, and completely sealed it off from the rest of the world. They even barred me from the place, and I'm his wife.

Not only that, but after the two heads thoroughly searched De Lang's house, they clammed up completely, as if they signed a confidentiality agreement. Since no one's talking, other alchemists started speculating wildly about him. The more they did, the worse the rumors got. I even heard someone say that 特力 wanted to become the next Black Mage...

I know in my heart that that's not true. De Lang is a peaceful, quiet man who just wanted to help others through his experiments with Life Alchemy. I don't believe he was conducting the experiment for the wrong reason.

Zenumist and Alcadno. They are both hiding the truth behind what happened with 特力. Those two can't stand one another, and yet they cooperate on this. They are hiding the truth from all of us, and I can't trust the ones that do that.

I don't know what the truth holds. I... do know that it is strongly tied to the very existence of Magatia as a whole.

Even if De Lang really committed a substantial crime... that's okay. I'd rather find out the truth.

If you did indeed meet 特力, then please show me the evidence that you did. Otherwise, I don't think I can believe you.
