Receiving Power B. Fore's Certificate of Training Again

What is it? You want to receive my training again? Puhaha! My training is so great, even people who've completed training want to receive it again! Okay, let's start training!

As a part of your training, hunt 50 緞帶肥肥s. Only difficult training like that will make you a master!

You refuse? revolting already? Now, now... You're not nearly strong enough to fight me. Hehe, why don't you cool your head and then come back.

Ah, you defeated 50 緞帶肥肥s? Faster than I thought. Of course, it's all a result of my training. Here, take this.

You must be very happy to receive the Certificate you so desired. Puhaha.

Haven't you defeated 50 緞帶肥肥s yet? What's with all the trainees unable to keep up with the intensity of my training?
