The Legend of Nyalmo

It seems that 杰德 was attacked by 雪毛怪人.

What is 雪毛怪人?

Nyalmo is similar to a Yeti, but bigger in size and normally gentle. According to the legend, Nyalmo was born from the union of a Snow Spirit and a human.

Legend? Can you tell me more?

Nyalmo had the heart of a human, but the looks of a monster, so people taunted and chased him. The Snow Spirit felt sorry for Nyalmo, and froze a whole mountain range for him.

A whole mountain range? Then you must be saying...?

That's right. The mountain range the Snow Spirit froze for Nyalmo is El Nath. Soon after, Nyalmo disappeared deep into the mountains. It hates to be seen by humans.

Is the legend true?

Well... a legend is just a legend, and no one can say how true it might be. But if it is true, then Nyalmo is shy and gentle, so you don't need to worry even if you do run into it. Tell Jade all about it, if you like.

Nyalmo tends to hide if there's someone nearby, so it's going to be hard to find. I've never seen it in all the years I've been hunting out here. I'd love to get a chance to, though.

Just remember to repeat this on your way. Geez, I'm getting slightly annoyed.

Have you heard from Scadur? What did he say?

(Relay Scadur's story about Nyalmo.)

What? Gentle? That can't be! It attacked me first! That creature can't be gentle! Scadur must be mistaken!

But Nyalmo's normally so gentle. I hate to suggest it, but I wonder if Jade might have done something, unknowingly, to provoke him. Would you mind asking Jade about that?
