But this is a temporary measure, as it doesn't completely sever the connection to the nightmare. We need to find another way... Even I'm not sure what the next move is.
There might be a way to break the nightmare entirely, if you knew more about who created it. Unfortunately, all you know so far is that they're not a Commander or a member of the Black Wings.
Who controls the dream world? Who has the power to influence people's subconscious... Ah, subconscious. That might be the key.
