Where's Kaiser?

What is it?

I feel like I haven't seen Kaiser in forever!

Kaiser is at Reclamation HQ. His strength was needed there...

(Kaiser's in Heliseum?! I better go too!) Interesting...

Angelic Buster, winged angel of the Nova. Will you lend us your power?

Kaiser didn't leave long ago. You may be able to catch him. If you don't see him before you reach the Transitional Dimensional Door, look for a scout named 提魯.

Oh, I thought the fate of the Nova race would be a bit more important to you.

W-who are you?

I don't know who you are... but we're in big trouble!

There's a portal to Heliseum on the right side of Pantheon. Hurry!
