[Heliseum] Edea and Piston

I'm sorry to say this to someone who's been working to help the Reclamation HQ, but I'm sure you can see that the situation isn't good. This isn't the first time the Specters attacked, but we were not expecting such a large-scale surprise. I fear our intelligence is lacking. Er, info on the enemy, that is.

Actually, the HQ lacks many things. We took care of the most pressing needs, but there are already too many Specters camped near HQ. Before we start the actual reclaiming, we need to sort out the situation at HQ and rebuild.

That's what I wanted to share. You can get further details on the reconstruction operation from Piston. Good luck.
