Town Filled With Suspicion

Hello, are you new here?

Yes, this is my first time here. Things seem so dreary! And why is everyone so unfriendly?

Well, the townspeople are avoiding you because they suspect that you might be one of <them>. Normally, everyone is very friendly.

<Them>? Who do you mean by <Them>?

See for yourself! Walk around town and I'm sure you'll notice some people wearing black... Talk to the fat guy and you'll be able to find out more.

His name is Bavan.\rYou can meet him on the right.

It... It won't be a pleasant meeting.

As long as the townspeople suspect you of being one of <them>, they will avoid you. Don't you think it would be a good idea to ease their suspicions?

So you met Bavan. I told you it wouldn't be fun. Still, Bavan is the nicest of all the <Watchmen>.

As you've undoubtedly learned by now, our town is under the control of the Black Wings. And we absolutely detest it! That's why we were suspicious of you, an outsider.

Now that it's been confirmed that you are not one of <Them>, the townspeople won't be suspicious of you anymore. Allow me to welcome you to Edelstein. As long as you do not become friendly with the Black Wings, the residents of Edelstein will accept you as their friend.

Have you not met the fat person wearing black yet? He shouldn't be too hard to find... His name is Bavan.
