Hey, the townspeople have been acting strange, suspicious. They're plotting against the Black Wings, and according to our intelligence, the figure at the center of the plot is none other than...ファビオ, the owner of the エーデルシュタイン美容院!
I've always been suspicious of that guy... I've heard that every night at 6 PM sharp, he kicks everyone out of the エーデルシュタイン美容院 and works on something. I have a feeling that he may be making something dangerous. Go to ファビオ and question him.
「はい」の返答
I would go myself but I have other duties to attend to. Besides, the townspeople usually won't talk to me because I'm a part of the Black Wings. You'll have a better chance of getting the info.
「いいえ」の返答
What? You're refusing a request from a Black Wing member? Do you think that's acceptable?

Welcome. Oh no, such a tragic hairstyle. Please come here, I will rescue you from that horrid monstrosity you call hair! Huh? You're not here to do your hair? Then what brings you here?
I heard that you are involved with something suspicious.
How can you say such things about my hair?
I've because I want to become just like you, ファビオ.
S-something suspicious? What are you talking about? I am simply an honest stylist. Please don't say such things! I haven't done anything wrong!
I heard that you make something every day at 6 AM.
I heard that you make something every day at 6 PM.
I heard that you make something every day at 8 PM.
H-how did you know? It's true that I am making something, but it's not dangerous. I promise! Well, it may be a little dangerous but... I need it! It's for the sake of freedom! I will not allow you to persecute me because of it!
「はい」の返答
I will never give up. This is something I will never give up on!

What? Just look at it! It looks as if a bird made a nest there!
I don't think you have the talent for it. Sorry.
What would I make at 6am? I'm still asleep at that time.
At 8pm, I'm usually taking a stroll through town. What would I be making?
Have you not gone to ファビオ yet? He is definitely up to something. Go to the エーデルシュタイン美容院 and question him.
