Teleport to a target and brand it with the Phantom Thief's Mark.

Gain 1 Master Thief Mark for enemies hit with a Cane skill or Tempest. Can be used

Targets only 1 enemy, prioritizing the enemy with highest max HP in range. Targets marked enemies, boss monsters by highest HP, and furthest enemies in range, in that order.
