The Frieren: Beyond Journey's End collaboration ran from 9 September 2026 after maintenance to 11:59 PM UTC on 7 October 2026, according to the quest text. The game's data holds a quest chain for characters of level 101 and above, four solo boss missions, a set of event maps, four Lil pets, outfits, two titles and three chairs. Frieren, Fern, Stark and the Statue of Himmel the Hero stand in Henesys, Cernium Square and Nameless Town.
The quest chain
The chain opens with Frieren's Spell Collection, which starts at Grimoire. Its text reads "Elwin needs your help! A mysterious bronze statue has appeared on Mushroom Hill". Elwin is the NPC the quest text names, and the quest requires level 101.
Five quests unlock once the first one is complete.
- Frieren's Spell Collection - Guide and Frieren's Spell Collection - Day 10! belong to the same collection. The Day 10 text says quite some time has passed since you started your adventure with Frieren's companions.
- Why She Collects Spells asks why Frieren has gathered so many grimoires.
- Farewell, Maple World says Elwin has found a way to send the visitors back to their own world.
- Adventure with Frieren's Companions and its Guide follow the companions.
Four more quests come from a second Grimoire and ask you to defeat a boss by yourself: Defeat Chaos Vellum by Yourself, Defeat Normal Lotus or Higher by Yourself, Defeat Normal Guardian Angel Slime or Higher by Yourself and Defeat Easy Lucid or Higher by Yourself. Each one requires the first quest of the chain and level 101.
The quests Maple x Frieren and Maple x Frieren both check for the Maple x Frieren medal at the Maple Administrator. The medal is described as a medal for participating in the event.
Where the event took place
The event maps share one street name, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. They include Forest Depths Spring, Mushroom Hill, Helios Tower Library, Rien Library, Mushroom Shrine, Spirit Tree Vantage, Sky Garden Terrace, Magician Association and Magic Wardrobe. Several are named for places elsewhere in Maple World, such as Somewhere in Narin, Somewhere in El Nath and Somewhere in Ardentmill.
Pets and the android
The Lil Frieren, Lil Fern, Lil Stark and Lil Übel pets share a skill named after the event. Its text says the skill grows stronger as you equip more of these pets, and that the pets collect items across a larger area than most other pets. A second set of the four pets, starting with Lil Frieren, carries the collection range text without the stacking line.
The Frierenroid is an android that looks like Frieren. It opens General Store functions through the Visit Shop button, needs an Android Heart, and its face and hair cannot be changed. The Frierenroid Coupon gives a Frierenroid and a permanent Lidium Heart.
Outfits, hair and accessories
Frieren's Clothes, Frieren's Winter Clothes and Frieren's Sleep Clothes are the three outfits, with Frieren's Shoes and Frieren's Earrings beside them. The Frieren Outfit Set can be equipped regardless of the character's gender, and the Frieren Clothes Selector Coupon lets you choose between the regular and the winter clothes.
Frieren's Staff is a weapon skin that goes over any weapon and grants the Ordinary Offensive Magic (Zoltraak) skill. Three hair coupons change your hairstyle to Frieren Hair, in the plain, Ringlets and Sleep versions: Frieren Hair Coupon, Frieren Hair (Ringlets) Coupon and Frieren Hair (Sleep) Coupon. Titles, currency and chairs
The Frieren: Beyond Journey's End title gives 10% additional EXP, Attack Power and Magic ATT +15, All Stats +15, Boss Damage +10%, Ignore Defense +10%, Max HP and MP +750, Star Force +30 and Arcane Power +50 for 60 days. The I Bought This title gives Attack Power and Magic ATT +10, All Stats +10, Boss Damage +5%, Ignore Defense +5% and Max HP and MP +500 for 30 days. The Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Title Coupon is untradable and grants the first title as permanent, with its stats lasting 60 days.
The Adventure Coin came from the event and can be used in the Magic Shop. Three chairs restore 100 HP and 100 MP every 10 seconds: Frieren Being Eaten by a Mimic, Frieren Throwing a Kiss and Spell to Create a Field of Flowers. The End Card: Memories with Frieren's Companions displays a picture of Frieren, Fern and Stark as they prepared to head back to their own world.
