GMS v.254 opened Midnight Carnival in Ludibrium on October 9, 2024. Night Troupe combined hunting bonuses with world-wide Festival Designer progress, while Maple Fashion Week, Halloween Home furnishing and Legion Relay filled the later weeks. The dates and rewards below describe that release's event period, including its later corrections.
Night Troupe dates and coin progress
Night Troupe ran from the end of maintenance on October 9 to November 19 at 23:59 UTC. Entry required level 101, with Zero also needing Story Quest Act 2. Completing [Night Troupe] Festival of Dreams, Illusions and Toys through the event notifier moved the character to the Night Troupe Ludibrium Festival Venue.
Activities awarded Troupe Points. Every 100 points became one Troupe Coin, and the daily earning allowance was 300 coins per world. Designer rank and booth skills were shared by characters in that world, so an alternate character did not start a separate progression track.
Festival Designer ranks and transfer rewards
[Night Troupe] Get the Night Troupe While It's Hot! granted the Festival Designer skill. Its bonuses expired with the festival on November 19 at 23:59 UTC. Rank advancement required both the date gate and the appropriate rank-up quest; the coin condition used cumulative earnings.
| Rank | First available, UTC | Cumulative coins | All Stats | Weapon ATT/Magic ATT | Ignore DEF | Critical Rate | Critical Damage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Junior Designer | October 9, after maintenance | Introductory quest | +10 | +5 | +6% | +5% | +5% |
| Senior Designer | October 16, 00:00 | 1,500 | +20 | +10 | +12% | +10% | +10% |
| Veteran Designer | October 23, 00:00 | 3,000 | +30 | +15 | +18% | +15% | +15% |
| Master Designer | October 30, 00:00 | 4,500 | +40 | +25 | +30% | +20% | +20% |
Junior rank awarded a Tera Character Burninator, transferable within the world and usable for 14 days. Applying it to an existing level 10–200 character granted a 42-day Tera Burning effect.
Senior rank gave Heroic characters a Unique Potential Scroll 100%, untradable with a seven-day duration. Interactive worlds instead received one equipment transfer per world. Eligible categories were Fafnir weapons, enhanceable AbsoLab weapons, level 100 secondary weapons and Gold Emblems. Dual Blade secondaries, Evolving secondaries, Zero's Eternal Time Emblem, and the emblems for Angelic Buster, Kaiser and Xenon were excluded.
The transfer converted equipment into an essence and destroyed the original permanently. The recipient's class determined the resulting appearance and main stat conversion. Bonus Stats, enhanced stats, Potential and Bonus Potential were adjusted, although some Bonus Potential lines could fail to become suitable lines. Weapon ATT% and Magic ATT% exchanged where the recipient used the other attack type. Star Force stayed intact. Trade status stayed intact except that an item previously tradable until equipped became untradable. The essence could move through Storage, but the recipient had to claim the equipment before the event ended or lose it.
Veteran rank unlocked a hairstyle transfer within the world. It extracted the currently equipped style and colour, then replaced the donor's hair with Cutie Hair for a female character or Toben Hair for a male character. Default and unisex hairstyles were ineligible. A hairstyle already present in the Beauty Album could not be transferred, regardless of colour; the character's gender also needed checking. The resulting Special Hair Transfer Coupon lasted 30 days and was transferable within the world.
Master rank unlocked one mount-skill transfer per world through Special Perks. Extracting a registered eligible mount created a Mount Skill Transfer Certificate for Storage transfer. Certain job-specific mounts were excluded. Both the certificate's use deadline and the event deadline were November 19 at 23:59 UTC.
Party Planner booth upgrades
The Night Troupe menu exchanged Troupe Coins for booth skills after the introductory Designer quest. Their effects applied across the world and ended on November 19 at 23:59 UTC.
Three upgrade tracks used the same four purchase prices: 900, 950, 1,000 and 1,050 coins, gated respectively by Junior, Senior, Veteran and Master rank.
| Track | Level 1 | Level 2 adds | Level 3 adds | Level 4 adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Combo Kill and Rune Duration | Combo Kill Orb threshold becomes 45 kills | Rune EXP effect +100% | Orb threshold becomes 40 kills | Combo Kill Orb EXP +100% |
| EXP Increase | Enemy-defeat EXP +5% | Another +5% | Another +5% | Another +10%, for +25% across the completed track |
| Arcane/Sacred Symbol Increase | One extra regional daily-quest symbol | Two more symbols | Two more symbols | Weekly Boss Clear Count Reset Ticket reward, retaining earlier symbol bonuses |
The October 23 correction specified three Weekly Boss Reset Tickets from the Master-rank gift quest. That gift was once per world; it did not replenish weekly.
| Other booth | Rank | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pollo and Fritto's Bounty Hunt EXP Increase | Junior | 1,000 | 2× EXP from those bounty hunts |
| Inferno Wolf EXP Increase | Junior | 1,000 | 2× participation EXP |
| Elite Boss Treasure Chest Reward Increase | Senior | 1,000 | Double treasure-chest rewards |
| Monster Park Clear EXP Increase | Senior | 1,000 | 2× Monster Park EXP |

| Normal Enemy Damage Increase | Veteran | 1,000 | +30% Normal Enemy Damage |
| Buff Duration Increase | Veteran | 1,000 | +15% Buff Duration |
| Boss Damage Increase | Master | 1,000 | +30% Boss Damage |
| Home Furnishing Coin Amount Increase | Master | 1,000 | Furniture-coin acquisition from Home shopping becomes guaranteed |
Eos or Helios: the weekly hunting choice
From October 9 after maintenance through November 19 at 23:59 UTC, Troupe Leader Spiegelmann offered Eos Hourglass and Helios Hourglass. The choice applied to the entire world and stayed locked until Wednesday at 00:00 UTC. A new choice could be made each week.
Both gauges filled after defeating 500 monsters within 20 levels above or below the character. A full gauge triggered a 150-second EXP buff. Daily activations reset at 00:00 UTC, and the allowance was shared across the world.
| Designer rank | Eos EXP buff | Eos activations/day | Helios EXP buff | Helios activations/day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Junior | 350% | 5 | 200% | 25 |
| Senior | 400% | 5 | 250% | 25 |
| Veteran | 450% | 5 | 300% | 25 |
| Master | 500% | 5 | 350% | 25 |
Fireworks and the toy factory
After completing [Night Troupe] Limited Run, Night Troupe!, staying at the festival venue at the half-hour mark granted the Ludibrium Fireworks Festival Atmospheric Effect. It lasted 60 minutes and supplied All Stats +15, Attack Power/Magic ATT +15, Max HP/MP +1,500, Boss Damage +15%, Ignore DEF +15%, Arcane Power +30 and Normal Enemy Damage +15%.
Junior Designers could enter Clickity-Clack Toy Factory through the festival's lower central portal. Its six platforms awarded Trait EXP and Troupe Points while the character remained there, stopping each reward when its respective daily allowance was reached. The hidden mission awarded a permanent, world-transferable Pink Teddy T-shirt, Panda Teddy T-shirt or Robo T-shirt; the October 11 correction confirmed those rewards.

Blockulatus's weekly damage challenge
Knocking Down Blockulatus opened October 16 at 00:00 UTC and ended November 19 at 23:59 UTC. It required Senior Designer and the normal level 101/Zero Act 2 event conditions. Mr. Bouffon started the quest. Entering the waiting map removed buffs; entering the battle allowed two minutes to prepare before the two-minute damage challenge.
The battle's six stages increased monster HP and defense. HEXA Common Nodes and Ability Preset changes were unavailable there. The score ceiling was 1,150, with the following coin rewards.
| Score | Completed stage | Troupe Coins |
|---|---|---|
| 1–49 | None | 100 |
| 50–149 | 1 | 400 |
| 150–299 | 2 | 600 |
| 300–499 | 3 | 800 |
| 500–749 | 4 | 900 |
| 750–1,149 | 5 | 1,000 |
| 1,150 | 6 | 1,100 |
Mr. Bouffon awarded coins and EXP on the exit map, but only characters level 200 or above could receive EXP. Leaving mid-run erased the score and forfeited that attempt's reward. A later higher score on the same character could claim the difference after the week's original reward, and leaving to retry retained existing buffs. Reward claims, best score and the once-per-world weekly participation record reset Wednesday at 00:00 UTC. Completing the final stage also enabled purchase of the permanent, untradable Blockulatus Mount Coupon for 200 million mesos.
Claw-machine streaks and bumper-car rewards
The Plucky Doll Claw Machine ran October 16–November 19, opening and closing at 00:00 and 23:59 UTC. Senior Designers first needed that day's 300 Troupe Coins, then spoke to Roly-Poly 1. One entry and reward claim were allowed per day per world.
The claw could move through the on-screen arrows or keyboard arrows. A successful grab offered a choice to stop or continue, with a three-win ceiling. Failure on attempt one or two paid 50 EXP Vouchers; failure on attempt three paid 100. Stopping after one, two or three successful grabs paid 100, 200 or 300 vouchers respectively. The daily maximum was 300. Dolls were permanent ETC items transferable within the world: Brown Teddy Doll, Soul Teddy Doll, Drumming Bunny Doll, Ducky Doll and Propelly Doll.
Rink Rage Bumper Rumble followed on October 23–November 19 for Veteran Designers level 101–299. Seppy offered a 3v3 match with Normal, Good or Super Bumper Cars, with speed and shock absorption rising across those types. Players won by pushing out the opposing team or leading the score at the time limit. Ice pillars, ice holes and the new outward-knocking stamp pillars shaped the arena.
Participation granted an Extreme Growth Potion effect. A win added one level for level 101–219 characters, applied before the participation effect. Below level 220, the growth effect could award up to ten levels, with higher levels reducing the likelihood of a large gain; level 220+ received EXP instead. Burning characters could not enter. Participation and winner rewards were each available three times per account per week, resetting Wednesday at 00:00 UTC.
Sponsoring shows and the Lucky Candy Dispenser
Veteran Designers could sponsor Assistant Cheng's shows from October 23 to November 19. The Little Monster Block Show cost 200 million mesos and gave everyone on the map a stackable +50% EXP buff for 30 minutes. Each character could receive that buff twice daily.
The Premium Block Show cost 3,000 Maple Points, with three sponsorships per account per day. It filled up to 300 missing Troupe Coins, stopping at the total coins the player could have earned; it was available only while additional coins were still owed.
Master Designers who had earned their 300 daily coins could use Nemi's Lucky Candy Dispenser three times per world daily from October 30 through November 19. Its reward was random. Every reward below was world-transferable; Rebirth Candies were permanent, while the other listed items lasted seven days.

Golden Strawberry Farm passes required level 101–259, including Zero after Act 2; Golden Tomato Punch King required level 200+. Both remained usable through November 19 at 23:59 UTC. A VIP Booster summoned Fame Monsters for 100 seconds, required level 101/Zero Act 2 and had a ten-use daily character allowance. Sol Erda Fragment redemption required completed 6th Job Advancement and could not exceed the holding allowance; its warning identified a potential loss. Redeemed fragments were permanent and untradable.

Hallowkitty's event ran October 23 at 00:00–November 5 at 23:59 UTC. Camila's ran November 6 at 10:00–November 19 at 23:59 UTC. Entry required level 101, or Zero with Act 2, through the corresponding Fashion Week quest in Henesys or the event notifier.
Defeating 1,000 monsters within ±20 levels completed the daily task. Its reward was three boutique coupons and 500 EXP Coupons; Sundays paid six and 1,000. Qualifying enemies could also drop the week's tradable boutique coupon. A hidden mission supplied one further coupon in each fashion week.
The November 4 revision extended Hallowkitty's shop to November 10 at 23:59 UTC and Camila's to November 24 at 23:59 UTC. The coupon-earning events still ended November 5 and November 19 respectively, and the coupon descriptions retained those earlier use dates. A daily mission could be either 1,000 monsters within ±20 levels or one Maple Punch King participation. Each completed mission awarded 300 Legion Score plus a level bonus: 100 at level 200–229, 150 at 230–259, 200 at 260–274 and 300 at 275+.
Punch King used a two-minute battle, six increasingly durable stages and a 1,150-point ceiling. Up to ten daily missions could be completed, once per character per world. After ten, a bonus 1,000-monster mission supplied another Relay Box without adding cumulative score.
A Relay Pass cost 3,000 Maple Points to cover a missed participation, but could not be used on a character that had already completed a daily mission. It was valid only on its use day. After a mission, the player selected a reward family and a box probability pattern.
