GMS v.265 launched on December 17, 2025, as the second Every Little Thing Every Precious Thing update. Ascent skills and Mystic Frontier arrived first; the First Adversary followed on January 15, 2026. Ride or Die returned with temporary upgradeable rings, Maplemas brought housing and cosmetic rewards, and the existing Twilight Eve and Challenger programs continued with revised dates and additional activities. This account preserves the historical release's conditions and later corrections.
Ascent skills gave each class a distinct attack
Ascent Skill Nodes became available after the December 17 maintenance. Kanna, Hayato, Mo Xuan, Lynn and Sia Astelle were excluded from this release; their additions were then planned for February 4, 2026. Mystic Frontier separated expeditions from normal Familiars
Mystic Frontier required level 200, fifth-job advancement and three unlocked Familiar slots, obtained through ten Familiar badges. Zero also needed Story Quest Act 2. Completing [Familiar] Mystic Frontier opened the feature.
Its potentials formed a separate system and did not change normal Familiar potentials. A switch in the Familiar UI selected which type could be viewed and unlocked. The December 16 correction was important for existing collections: Familiars registered before v.265 could unlock Mystic Frontier potentials only up to Epic, and carried a purple icon.

Each wave held up to three Familiars, with up to three waves available. Familiars assigned to summoning presets or the overview were absent from the selection list. Their element/type could match expedition-site bonuses; their combined Action Points supplied stamina. Level 6 added five AP and level 7 added ten AP. Rank determined the available die faces:
| Familiar rank | Possible rolls |
|---|---|
| Common | 1–3 |
| Rare | 1–4 |
| Epic | 1–5 |
| Unique or Legendary | 1–6 |
Saving a lineup updated its attributes from the selected Familiars' potentials. Those attributes affected both dice outcomes and exploration reward chances. Sites refreshed daily and ranged from Common to Legendary. Manual refreshes cost 300, 500, 800, 1,300 and 2,100 Maple Points for the first through fifth refresh, then 3,000 each from the sixth onward.

Interactive rounds came before the timed expedition
An exploration allowed up to five interactive rounds and ended early if AP reached zero. Higher site ranks offered more tiles: Common two; Rare two or three; Epic two to four; Unique three or four; Legendary four. Hunting and Encounter tiles consumed AP, could award items and sometimes triggered dice. Lucky tiles restored AP and could also trigger dice. Each tile family had Normal, Intermediate and Advanced variants.
Dice challenges required a total at least equal to the displayed difficulty. Familiar attributes influenced the odds and score. Individual dice could be rerolled, but the reroll allowance was shared across the exploration. Tile rewards became visible when Familiars returned; the December 17 correction also allowed Mystic Frontier Coins when selecting a tile.

| Site rank | Expedition time | Rest after return |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 6 hours | 1 hour |
| Rare | 8 hours | 1 hour |
| Epic | 12 hours | 2 hours |
| Unique | 18 hours | 3 hours |
| Legendary | 24 hours | 3 hours |
The timed expedition began automatically after the interactive rounds. Gold and Silver Frontier Coins could reduce expedition and rest times. The December 16 correction described cancellation through Return: the return took 70% of the remaining expedition time, and all rewards were lost. Completed expeditions needed Claim Rewards before the next trip. Expedition records reset Thursday at 00:00 UTC; the corrected first reset was December 25.
Roro rewards and the Frontier shop
Roro Nodestones were account-transferable and lasted 14 days. They randomly produced Roro Power I, Roro Power II or Roro Power III: every 60 seconds, attacking activated a 20-second increase of 10% Item Drop Rate, 10% Mesos Obtained or 30% EXP Obtained respectively.

Familiar Ring Boxes were permanent and untradable. Their possible ring levels were Mystical Familiar Ring Box 1, Hard Familiar Ring Box 1–2, Solid Familiar Ring Box 1–3, Radiant Familiar Ring Box 1–4 and Bright Familiar Ring Box 3–4. Each randomly provided one of three permanent, untradable rings. Roro's Experience Ring temporarily increased bonus EXP, Roro's Hunting Ring temporarily increased Normal Enemy Damage, and Roro's Thunder Ring summoned Roro's electric-field attack. All three skills consumed Familiar Points.

Roro Energy Boost Potion and Small Roro Energy Boost Potion were permanent and account-transferable. Both gave EXP +10%, Meso Drop Rate +20% and Item Drop Rate +20%, for two hours or 30 minutes respectively. Neither stacked with Acquisition or Accumulation Potions.
| Additional expedition reward | Contents and restrictions |
|---|---|
| Chaos Pitched Boss Accessory Box | Untradable, 14 days; randomly gives Berserked, Magic Eyepatch, Dreamy Belt, Will's Cursed Spellbook Selection Box, Endless Terror, Commanding Force Earring or Source of Suffering. |
| Will's Cursed Spellbook Selection Box | Untradable, seven days; chooses Cursed Red Spellbook, Cursed Blue Spellbook, Cursed Green Spellbook or Cursed Yellow Spellbook. |
| Damaged Black Heart Coupon | World-transferable, 14 days; gives a permanent Damaged Black Heart that is world-transferable in Heroic, or a permanent tradable Damaged Black Heart in Interactive worlds. |
| Resonant Dawn Accessory Box | Untradable, 14 days; randomly gives Twilight Mark, Estella Earrings, Daybreak Pendant or Dawn Guardian Angel Ring. |
The permanent Pitched and Dawn equipment, including the selected spellbook, was untradable in Heroic worlds; in Interactive worlds it was world-transferable until equipped, then untradable. These were examples of additional expedition rewards, not an exhaustive published loot table.
The Familiar Shop gained a Frontier tab:
| Purchase | Mystic Frontier Points | Weekly quantity | Transfer and expiry |
|---|---|---|---|

| Roro's Familiar Booster Pack Coupon | 2,000 | 1 | Untradable; one day |

| Gold Frontier Coin Coupon | 200 | 30 | Untradable; permanent |

Undying Purpose rewarded clears and a community milestone
Undying Purpose ran from January 15 at 00:00 through February 3 at 23:59 UTC. Clear rewards required level 270 and all Odium quests completed; Zero also needed Story Quest Act 2. The separate celebration rewards required level 101 and the same Zero story completion. [Defeat Boss Event] The Will that Transcends Ages in the Event List started participation, and the First Clear NPC delivered the reward for each difficulty cleared at least once.
| Clear | Reward |
|---|---|
| Easy | Where Wills Meet, permanent and world-transferable |
| Normal | Permanent Legendary Adversary Mount Coupon; resulting mount is permanent and untradable |
| Hard | Legendary Adversary Effect Coupon and First Adversary Chat/Label Ring Coupon; resulting effect and both rings are permanent and untradable |
| Extreme | Enduring Will Title Coupon, Adversary's Tribune and Proving Ground Background Coupon; title is permanent and untradable, Tribune permanent and account-transferable, background permanent and account-bound |

The mount, effect, ring, title and background coupons were world-transferable and expired February 4 at 14:00 UTC. That did not extend the claim deadline beyond February 3 at 23:59.

An Extreme clear during the event unlocked celebration rewards for all eligible players: two 4x EXP Coupons (30 min), four Luxe Sauna Coupons, ten VIP Boosters and one Adversary's Head Decoration Coupon. These were world-transferable; Sauna coupons expired February 3 at 23:59, the others February 4 at 14:00. The decoration itself was permanent and untradable.

Restoration and boss rewards changed alongside the new content
Trace Restoration gained combat progress messages for four missions: hitting Lotus with a laser five times, clearing Will's webs five times, taking Darknell's light pillar three times and taking Verus Hilla's threads three times. Practice clears began counting toward challenges. Lotus and Black Mage gained Hard/Extreme choices; Seren used a shared Hard/Extreme option and automatically doubled points for an Extreme clear.

The stored-point ceiling rose from 1,750 to 2,500. Restoring the Eternal Set required 2,312 points and the Brilliance Set 2,500. On Challenger World Leap, points combined with the destination's points up to that ceiling, whether entering Heroic or Interactive. The example combined 2,000 Challenger points and 600 Kronos points into 2,500, losing the excess 100; Arthur's confirmation showed the exact transfer.
Grandis weekly boss Maple Reward Points doubled from 200 to 400. Kalos's Residual Determination Fragment and Kaling's Ferocious Entanglement Ring Fragment became instanced in Heroic and shared in Interactive worlds. Kaling (Hard) and Kaling (Extreme) began dropping Grindstone of Faith. Kalos (Easy) stopped dropping Kalos's Residual Determination Fragment.
Premium Surprise Style Box opening gained Use All, displaying the number of boxes it would consume. A Truth Booth issue was fixed so systems such as Erda Link and Familiars deactivated correctly when accessing the menu there. The Settings Laboratory tab also gained an optional control that automatically disabled Windows 11 Efficiency Mode while MapleStory ran, addressing performance problems when Windows enabled it.

Ride or Die shared lives across five weekly bosses
The winter Ride or Die season ran from December 17 after maintenance through February 3 at 23:59 UTC. Level 200 was required; Zero also needed Story Quest Act 2. Selecting Ride or Die in the Event List led to Libae and the event map.
The five bosses were Papulatus, Vellum, Horntail, Darknell and Magnus. Code B, A, S and X corresponded to Easy, Normal, Hard and Extreme. Code X allowed only a weapon, secondary weapon and emblem; equipment changes were disabled in combat, and it had no Practice mode. Other difficulties could be practiced through Libae.

Players selected up to 15 challenges, with one assigned randomly during a run. The season provided 20 lives shared across all five bosses each week; exhausting them ended that week's attempts. Scores depended on chosen difficulty, challenges and deaths. The Investigation Result showed both the individual result and accumulated weekly score.
| Challenge shown in the selection screen | Effect |
|---|---|
| Mimic Step Dancer | Periodically reverses left and right inputs |
| Pouring Pain | Kazax's magic rains from above |
| Impact Event | Periodically spawns several large meteorites |
| Jump Rope | Sends magic orbs across the screen at intervals |
| Kazax's Authority | Periodic dense, telegraphed attack |
| Kazax's Authority 2 | A second separately selectable dense, telegraphed attack |
| Guided Rounds | Occasional homing attacks |
| Dark Healing | Summons a monster that periodically heals nearby monsters |
| Dizzy | Periodically teleports the player to a random location |
| Bleed | Repeated continuous damage |
| Brittle | Increases incoming damage; the pictured percentage is a placeholder, not a fixed published amount |
| Energy Ball | A roaming ball damages on contact |
| Revolving Death | Spinning areas deal damage |
| Begone! | A wandering ghost shoves the player a long distance |
| Star Shower | Periodic barrages of small meteorites |

Kazax appeared during fights to interfere. Althea's Support charged through regular support gains and objects that appeared at random locations every 30 seconds. Each of its three levels required 150 support, with a gauge slot for every 15. Interact activated a random support skill when charged; right-clicking its icon switched between manual and automatic activation. The skills helped remove summoned enemies and counter Kazax.

Weekly boxes and Energy Fragments
Only one Inspector Supply Box could be claimed per account each week. Boxes were world-transferable and lasted seven days. Their contents were world-transferable and expired February 4 at 14:00 UTC, except the untradable Inspector's Grindstones.

Ride or Die shops stayed open after coin earning ended
Coins could be earned through February 3 at 23:59 UTC; the shops remained open until February 4 at 14:00. Entry required level 200 and, for Zero, Story Quest Act 2. The following purchase limits are those listed in the announcement.
Gold purchases were world-transferable and usable until February 4 at 14:00 unless specified otherwise:

The Sol Erda Fragment x10 Coupon was untradable and produced ten permanent, untradable fragments. The Soul Box chose a permanent, world-transferable Magnificent Darknell Soul, Magnificent Vellum Soul, Magnificent Papulatus Soul or Magnificent Magnus Soul. Mapae Nodestones used the same six effects and seven-day, nonextendable node duration described above. The Damage Skin coupon granted the named skin.

The native description of Inspector's Medal of Honor gives 1,000 Honor EXP per medal. The patch table's ×1,000 notation does not clearly establish the purchase quantity, so that notation is preserved separately from the per-medal effect.
The Essence Pouch chose Primal Essence, Confusion Fragment, Brilliant Dusk Essence or Dusk Essence. The Magic Powder Pouch gave one of Magic Powder (Black), Magic Powder (Red), Magic Powder (Purple), Magic Powder (Yellow), Magic Powder (Green), Magic Powder (Blue), Magic Powder (White), Magic Powder (Brown). All listed pouch outputs were permanent and world-transferable.
Maplemas brought a larger Home and a short gift exchange
Home's Maplemas activities ran December 17 after maintenance through December 30 at 23:59 UTC. Level 200, the Home tutorial and Zero's Story Quest Act 2 were required. [Home] Winter Is Here began the scenario, once per account in each world. The active character could not change mid-scenario; resetting progress through Home started it over for the replacement character.
Finishing the story opened holiday furnishings. Collecting 25 distinct Maplemas furnishings awarded a Maplemas Hut Blueprint for a three-story house. Kenneth's Blueprint Box sold additional appearances for Querencia Coins. The upgraded ground-floor fireplace had a chimney interaction through the up-arrow key.
Caretaker shopping offered a nine-hour Large Maplemas Furnishings Pack or six-hour Small Maplemas Furnishing Pack, both capable of duplicates. Ten shopping trips awarded an Elaborate Maplemas Tree. On December 25, 00:00–23:59 UTC, placing that tree or a Decorated Maplemas Tree enabled gift exchanges. Visiting a friend's tree and leaving a gift could award an account-transferable one-day Exchanged Maplemas Gift: a 3x EXP Coupon (30 min), account-transferable and expiring January 1 at 00:00 UTC, plus 1,000 EXP in one trait.
Functional furnishings had specific uses. The Antique Phonograph selected jazz versions of Querencia, Sweet Break, El Nath, Login Theme, Cygnus Garden, Ludibrium, Ariant or Training Forest. The Chandelier switched lights, Querencia's Winter Snow Globe made it snow outside, and the new Toy Train Table animated when clicked. The Maplemas Donation Kettle accepted mesos; a top donor received the permanent, untradable Querencia Donor medal with permanent DEX +10, HP +20 and Speed +10. Donation rankings reset monthly.
The Maplemas Meso Shop
The shop shared the December 17–30 window, but required only level 101 and Zero Act 2. [Maplemas] Snowman of Maplemas, or the Scarf Snowman in Henesys, Nameless Town or Cernium, opened it through the Event UI. Every cosmetic/mount coupon below was world-transferable and lasted seven days; its selected item was permanent and untradable. The two chairs were sold directly, permanent and world-transferable.

The second Twilight Eve phase changed the hunting loop
Shining Oasis ran from December 17 after maintenance through January 13 at 23:59 UTC; Sosori's Stroll followed January 14 at 14:00 through February 3 at 23:59 UTC. Both required level 101, Zero Act 2 and participation in Waking the Power of Time.
Defeating 250 enemies within 20 levels charged Find Oasis or Ready to Stroll. The skill then attacked nearby enemies and added EXP, up to 30 activations per character daily. VIP/HEXA Booster monsters specifically did not count toward the next Sosori's Stroll. The skill could not trigger under a level-four Rune's Curse, in Mirror World, story maps or other excluded fields. Leaving the hunting zone, changing channel or entering the Cash Shop ended it. Rune EXP applied even before releasing the rune. Right-clicking the icon selected automatic or manual activation; the original instruction repeated Shining Oasis's name, rather than naming two distinct settings.

Evernian Trade King rewarded deciding when to stop
Trade King ran December 17 after maintenance through January 13 at 23:59 UTC for level 101/Zero Act 2. The Event List's Evernium Trade King UI or Lepa at the event map started a trade. Overall progress was account-shared, but kill counts and an active trade belonged to the registering character.
Each of three merchants could be selected once weekly: Sol Erda, Sol Erda Fragment or Advanced EXP Voucher, for three trades total. The first stage needed 1,000 enemies within 20 levels, then each further stage needed 300. Kills counted only alone or in a solo party. Interact/Harvest sent the troupe at the prompt; a missed prompt could be recovered by holding Depart until the gauge filled. A troupe could depart up to 100 times.
Success added a level. Failure removed a level but would not take level 2 below level 2. A Lost result removed four levels. Claiming stopped departures for that troupe, while another merchant could still be registered. The overview stated a maximum of level 8, but the reward table also listed level 9; the announcement did not reconcile those two statements.
| Merchant level | Advanced EXP Vouchers | Sol Erda route | Sol Erda Fragments |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | No reward listed | No reward listed | No reward listed |
| 2 | 20 | Faint Sol Erda ×4 | 1 |
| 3 | 60 | Faint Sol Erda ×12 | 3 |
| 4 | 120 | Faint Sol Erda ×24 | 6 |
| 5 | 200 | Faint Sol Erda ×40 | 10 |
| 6 | 300 | Faint Sol Erda ×60 | 15 |
| 7 | 500 | Sol Erda ×1 | 25 |
| 8 | 3,000 | Sol Erda ×6 | 150 |
| 9, present in the reward table | 9,999 | Sol Erda ×20 | 500 |
Rewards were usable through January 13 at 23:59 UTC. Advanced EXP Vouchers required level 260 and Zero Act 2. Sol Erda/Faint Energy required sixth job at level 260 and room under the 20-Sol-Erda holding limit; fragment coupons required sixth job at level 260 and produced permanent, untradable fragments.
Participation milestones counted every departure, regardless of outcome, or completed reward claims. Each reward was once per account: 300 departures or four claims gave a Permanent Alpaca Merchant Mount Coupon; 600 or eight gave a Permanent Alpaca Caravan Mount Coupon; 900 or twelve gave the Evernian Trade King Effect coupon. Both mount coupons were world-transferable. All three coupons had the earlier January 13 at 11:00 UTC expiry; their mounts/effect were permanent and untradable.

Evernia in Bloom used the final weekly unlock
Evernia in Bloom ran January 21 at 00:00 through February 3 at 23:59 UTC for level 101/Zero Act 2. Quick Start or [Co-op Event] Evernia in Bloom opened the UI. Wildflowers became available only after completing week 11 objectives in Waking the Power of Time.

Every 5,000 solo or solo-party kills within 20 levels bloomed a Wildflower and earned one Gilded Clockwork. Kills accumulated up to 50,000 before pressing Bloom, with ten Wildflowers daily and a midnight UTC reset. VIP Booster, HEXA Booster, Gilded Clockwork and Eternal Gilded Clockwork enemies all counted. Accumulated Clockworks could be claimed during the event.
Daily use allowed ten Gilded and one Eternal Gilded Clockwork, resetting at midnight. These items had separate usage allowances from other boosters and could operate in instanced maps even when another player used a booster. All milestone rewards below were claimable once per account.
| Cumulative Wildflowers | Reward |
|---|---|
| 1 | Permanent, world-transferable Blooming Evernia Chair; displays the cumulative flower count even after character deletion or World Leap |
| 10 | World-transferable VIP Booster, expiring February 4 at 02:00 UTC |
| 100 | World-transferable Blooming Evernia Background Coupon, expiring February 4 at 02:00; gives a permanent account-bound background |

An already-used background did not move automatically on World Leap. The Mover's Extract Background returned its coupon before transfer.
| Bloom gauge | Reward |
|---|---|
| 20% | Luxe Sauna Coupon, expiring February 3 at 23:59 UTC |
| 40% | Magnificent Growth Potion |
| 60% | Advanced EXP Voucher |
| 80% | Sol Erda/Sol Erda Fragment Selector Coupon |
| 100% | Eternal Gilded Clockwork |
All gauge rewards were world-transferable; the four non-Sauna entries expired February 4 at 02:00 UTC. The announcement listed the reward items without further quantities for these gauge entries.
Twilight Eve connected weekly goals and event currency
Twilight Eve ran November 12 through February 3, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Entry required level 101 and Zero Act 2, then Finding the Power of Time. Evernium funded its progression shop; Waking the Power of Time, Evernia's Bounty, Seeking Traces of Time, Bloom's Herb Baskets, the Clockworks and Eve Anticipation supplied different progression routes.
Waking the Power of Time tracked account-shared progress through its event UI. Solo level-range hunting, including the named boosters and Clockwork monsters, or solo boss clears supplied Sands of Time; Practice Mode boss clears counted. Fill had to be pressed to contribute a Sand, with ten weekly fills and 110 during the event. Wednesday at 00:00 UTC reset the weekly fill allowance. Missed Sands could be bought for 1,000 Maple Points each. Each fill gave 400 Evernium, capped at 4,000 weekly.

Boss Sands were a highest-clear benchmark, not a sum of every clear. Hard Lotus gave four; subsequently clearing Hard Damien or Will (Normal) added nothing, while Hard Verus Hilla raised the total to six by adding two.
| Sands supplied by the highest qualifying clear | Bosses |
|---|---|
| 1 | Normal Lotus, Normal Damien, Akechi Mitsuhide (Normal) |
| 2 | Normal Guardian Angel Slime; Lucid (Easy) / Will (Easy) |
| 3 | Lucid (Normal) / Will (Normal) / Normal Gloom |

The v.265 schedule moved weeks 6–11 to the Wednesday dates below. The collective hourglass unlocked each week's Power of Time and Gift Goal at 100%; a missed collective goal rolled into the following week. Effects applied to participating characters through event end, and the Monster Park bonus included Extreme. Gifts were claimable through February 3 at 23:59 UTC, generally expiring February 4 at 02:00 UTC.

Individual cumulative fills separately granted a Magnificent Growth Potion at twenty Sands, Fairy Heart Coupon at forty, 2,000 Advanced EXP Vouchers at sixty, ten Karma Bright Cubes at eighty and ten Karma Bonus Bright Cubes at one hundred. The hundred-Sand Heroic/Challenger-Heroic alternative was ten Karma Solid Cubes. At 110 came a Transcendent Growth Potion. These world-tradable rewards shared the February 4 at 02:00 UTC expiry.
Evernia's Bounty and the Evernium Exchange
Evernia's Bounty required Waking the Power of Time and ran through February 3. Daily check-in reset at 00:00 UTC, with five check-ins weekly. Each supplied three 3x EXP coupons, five Ginseng and five Licorice, plus a cumulative reward. A 3,000-Maple-Point Evernia Pass made up a missed day; Wednesday's rollover determined how many prior-week missed days could be purchased.
Bounty's reward table used February 4, 2026 at 14:00 UTC for ordinary claim items. Luxe Sauna Coupons generally expired February 3 at 23:59 UTC, but its thirty-third row listed February 4 at 14:00 UTC. Hyper Burninator had the separate April 8 at 14:00 UTC expiry. Items were world-tradable at the coupon/reward stage; selected contents kept their own restrictions.

The Evernium Exchange shared currency across the account and operated through February 3 at 23:59 UTC. Its ordinary consumables expired February 4 at 02:00 UTC, distinctly earlier than Bounty's 14:00 entries. Weekly shop limits reset Thursday at 00:00 UTC. In the tables, Interactive includes Challenger-Interactive and Heroic includes Challenger-Heroic unless an exception is stated.

Extra Storage chose a permanent untradable 40-slot Soul/Chair/Recipe/Scroll bag, 20-slot Production bag or 40-title holder. Slot expansion could not be used after the 59-character ceiling; stock purchased before reaching the ceiling could still become unusable. Legendary Circulators did not work on Legendary abilities. Extreme Growth Potions required level 130, excluded Burning characters and used level-199-based EXP for level 200+. Use-tab placement controlled consumption order, including scroll-bag auto-storage.
Solo bosses paid Time currency by the highest clear
Seeking Traces of Time ran through February 3 at 23:59 UTC. Only solo weekly bosses qualified; daily/monthly bosses and party clears did not. Practice Mode counted, including a post-maintenance practice clear after an earlier ordinary clear. Acquisition capped weekly per world at 2,000 Traces of Time and fifty Dark Traces. Both currencies stayed in their originating world.
Each new highest-value clear paid only the difference from the previous benchmark. Normal Lotus's 600 followed by Lucid (Easy)'s 900 therefore added 300, not another 900.
| Boss and difficulty | Traces | Dark Traces |
|---|---|---|
| Hard/Extreme First Adversary | 2,000 | 50 |

Dimo's exchange reset weekly purchases Thursday at 00:00 UTC. Standard dated stock expired February 4 at 14:00 UTC. VIP Buff selectors and 3x coupons instead lasted one day, while Mu Gong's Soul Shard was permanent and untradable.

Karma Bright Cube's weekly limit was shared across the corresponding regular-world type: Kronos/Hyperion together, or Scania/Bera together. Challenger-Heroic and Challenger-Interactive had their separate allowances rather than sharing regular-world stock. Karma Bonus Bright Cube used the same Interactive grouping. Selected pet scrolls lasted seven days; the accessory-selector row duplicated the ATT choice rather than establishing a distinct second option.
Herb upgrades lasted beyond the festival
Bloom's Herb Baskets spent Bounty's Ginseng on stats and Licorice on content perks. Skills could be upgraded through February 3 at 23:59 UTC and lasted through February 10 at 23:59 UTC. Levels 1–6 cost 1/2/5/12/25/30 of the appropriate herb. Additional herbs cost 1,000 Maple Points each, with five of each added to a cumulative purchase allowance every Wednesday. Resetting all skills cost 9,900 Maple Points and returned every spent herb, including purchased herbs.

| Ginseng stat | Levels 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 |
|---|---|
| Attack and Magic ATT | 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 / 40 |

| Weekly Legion coins | 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 / 400 |
Boss energy came from Hard Lotus or higher loot boxes. Arcane/Grandis daily bonuses applied once daily per world on the first eligible completion, with EXP and symbols selectable for different characters/quests. Declining preserved another character's chance; completing before activating the skill gave no retroactive bonus. Tenebris received only the Arcane EXP component. Grandis coverage was Cernium, Arcus, Odium, Shangri-La, Arteria, Carcion and Tallahart. Bonus Legion coins did not advance coin achievements.
Challenger World locked the world choice for the season
Challenger World ran November 12 through April 22, 2026 at 14:00 UTC. Choosing Challenger-Heroic or Challenger-Interactive locked that choice even after deleting every character. Up to five characters were allowed, including three Tera Burning characters gaining two extra levels per level-up from 10–200. Each world used the corresponding regular world's systems and restrictions. Link Skill transfers, Legion, Legion Artifact, Monster Collection and character-slot expansion were unavailable.
Challenger-Interactive's Meso Market remained available through April 22 at 14:00 UTC; new characters no longer waited three days for it or the Auction House. Each of the five creation rewards supplied a Pearl Maple armor box, 1,000 Power Elixirs, 1,000 Spell Traces in Interactive, and 64 slots each for Equip/Use/Etc/Set-Up. Deletion did not replenish that five-claim allowance. Pearl Maple's hat/suit/cape/gum/pendant/buckle were permanent untradable contents of a seven-day untradable box.
Tera Burning gifts supplied a seven-day Mysterious Cryptic Chest with a thirty-day Snail, level-thirty equipment, Frozen gear/weapon/secondary boxes, a ninety-day Root Abyss set and an Eternal Flame title. Outer dated boxes expired April 22 at 14:00 UTC; the Frozen weapon/secondary and nested Fafnir boxes had seven-day durations, while the selected Frozen equipment was permanent.
A daily Hunting Mission needed 1,000 level-range kills and manual completion for 100 Challenger Points plus 300 Challenger Coins. It was account-limited to once daily and five weekly; missed missions cost 3,000 Maple Points, with catch-up availability updated Wednesday. Level 260/270/275/280/285 awarded 3,000/3,000/5,000/7,000/9,000 points and 3,000/3,000/4,000/5,000/7,000 coins.
Boss missions required solo or solo-party clears and accepted Practice Mode. A difficulty above the listed maximum counted as the highest listed mission, such as Extreme Lotus satisfying Hard Lotus.

Dated tier coupons/items expired June 17 at 23:59 UTC, except the selected Challenger rings, which expired April 22 at 14:00 UTC and could not World Leap.

The first Challenger World Leap had inventory restrictions
The first World Leap window opened December 17 after maintenance and ended February 3, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Up to five characters of level 130 or higher could move. A slot could be added automatically when none was open, but a destination already at its character-slot maximum blocked the move. Guild membership, a pending guild application or being Guild Master also blocked transfer.
Cash Inventory, Auction House and Delivery Package items/mesos did not move. Used backgrounds needed the Mover's extraction service first. Event coins and shared skills carried over. Mystical Cubes, Karma Solid Cubes, Karma Bonus Mystical Cubes, Karma Star Force 17-Star Enhancement (Lv. 160), the Challenger Lv. 4 Special Skill Ring Selector Coupon and Challenger Restraint/Continuous/Weapon Jump S/D/I/L Rings in inventory blocked the leap.
The announcement warned that characters left behind after the World Leap deadline would be deleted. It also described this as the first leap window while retaining April 22 as the world's end date; it did not clarify that distinction in the deletion sentence.
Challenger Pass was a separate weekly track
Challenger Pass ran through February 3 at 23:59 UTC for level 101/Zero Act 2 in Challenger World. Twenty levels required 480 pass points each, with 3,000 points weekly. Pass level, points and missions were shared across characters in the world and reset Wednesday at 00:00 UTC. Express Pass completion counted for Symbol, Monster Park, Extreme and Epic Dungeon missions. Missed prior-week points cost 1,000 Maple Points per hundred.
Symbol dailies at 6/12/18/24/30 each gave 200 points. Monster Park clears 1–5, one Extreme, one Epic Dungeon and weekly boss clears at six/twelve each gave 100. Hunting 5,000 gave 100; each 10,000/15,000/20,000/25,000/30,000 threshold gave 200. The 19,800-Maple-Point Premium Pass added +200% Normal Enemy Damage and +20% EXP, with its effects removed on World Leap. Rewards were once per world.

Ordinary coupons/rewards were world-tradable and expired February 23 at 23:59 UTC in the v.265 tables. Selected Symbol coupons were untradable and permanent. The general fragment rule was untradable/permanent, and the free level-six/thirteen and premium level-six/twelve rows agreed; both level-eighteen rows instead explicitly listed world-tradable fragments expiring February 23. These differing row qualifications did not establish permanent fragments at level eighteen.
The pass still ended February 3 at 23:59 UTC; the February 23 dates were the later item-expiry dates printed in this release, not a longer earning period.
Arcane Seal rewarded tier and a consistent character
Arcane Seal ran through April 21 at 23:59 UTC for level-200 Challenger characters with A Greater Power and Zero Act 2. Only one character could participate at a time; switching the event to another reset the first character's progress. Three Sealing Wands arrived automatically at midnight UTC, online or offline, up to a held maximum of twenty. A balance of eighteen/nineteen received only enough to reach twenty. One to five wands could be used together.

| Challenger tier | Barrier | Normal / Rare / Epic / Unique / Legendary core chance |

| Below Gold | Micro | 67.49 / 30.45 / 2.03 / 0.02 / 0.01% |

| Master+ | Massive | 0 / 0 / 91.85 / 7.10 / 1.05% |
Equipping a core granted job-appropriate stats and its Summon skill. A higher-rarity replacement automatically extracted the equipped core for Arcane Energy according to rarity and enhancement. Unused cores could also be extracted; the following table's Legendary value was 150 across all twelve stages.

Core stats covered main/secondary stat, Attack/Magic ATT and main-stat percentage; Demon Avenger used HP/STR/Attack, Xenon all stats/Attack/all-stat percentage. Core stats did not survive World Leap.
Burning paths covered different level ranges
Tera Blink became ongoing from November 12, available while the applicable Hyper Burning MAX/Beyond effect remained active. Newly created Burning characters entered through World Inside the Hat, with stays up to forty minutes and twenty missions. Heroic/Challenger-Heroic automatically completed mission thirteen and received its EXP. Cadena, Ark and Illium still needed their job tutorials to earn EXP there. Leaving removed mission skills/buffs. Rewards included 1,000 Power Elixirs, a Special Medal of Honor, a permanent Dazzling Hat pet with ninety-day magic, permanent pet equipment, a world-tradable Hat Chair and untradable Spiegelmann's Dazzling Hat Effect. Every completing character received the completion rewards.

Hyper Burning MAX ran through February 3 at 23:59 UTC. Newly created characters could gain four extra levels per level-up from 10–260; levels below ten stayed ordinary. Existing eligibility was 200–258, with Zero eligible at 100–258 after Act 2 and receiving the extra levels from 100. Already-reached milestones paid nothing when assigning an existing character. Milestone rewards were once per account, whereas creation rewards could be reclaimed after deletion/recreation. The same milestone could not pay both Challenger and regular-world tracks.
Creation supplied Snail/Frozen gear, Eternal Flame Ring, fifteen-star Root Abyss armor/Fafnir weapon and the Eternal Flame title. Root Abyss gear and weapon lasted ninety days with Epic Potential and no Transfer Hammer/Scissors use; the title's stats lasted sixty days. The MAX reward table combined conflicting PDT/UTC labels on its February 3 deadlines; rolling seven-day, ninety-day and permanent durations remained distinct from the event's stated UTC end.
| MAX level | Regular-world reward | Challenger difference/addition |
|---|---|---|
| 200 | Vanishing Journey symbol level seven, 100 Nodestones, Trait Potion | Symbol level ten, 200 Nodestones, world-tradable Trait Potion and seven-day Burning Boss Accessory Box |
| 210 | Chu Chu symbol level seven; 100 seven-day Nodestones | Symbol level ten; 200 Nodestones, permanent event-ring choice and fifty seven-day event-ring Cubes |
| 215 | 100 Nodestones | 200 Nodestones and 100 Karma Black Flames |
| 220 | Lachelein symbol level seven; AbsoLab/Dominator choice | Symbol level ten; same equipment choice |
| 225 | Arcana symbol level seven; 100 Nodestones | Symbol level ten; 200 Nodestones and Miracle Circulator x10 Coupon |
| 230 | Morass symbol level seven; 100 Nodestones; Hyper Burning outfit | Symbol level ten; 200 seven-day Nodestones, same outfit, world-tradable seven-day Abyss Hunter Ring Coupon |
| 235 | Esfera level seven; five seven-day Experience Nodestones; 150 Arcane selectors | Esfera level ten; ten seven-day Experience Nodestones and 250 seven-day selectors |
| 240 | Five Experience Nodestones; Infinite Flame Title coupon | Ten seven-day Experience Nodestones; seven-day title coupon |
| 245 / 250 / 255 | 150 seven-day selectors and five Experience Nodestones at each milestone | 250 seven-day selectors and ten Experience Nodestones at each; level-250 Experience Nodestones also seven days |
| 260 | Seven-day MAX Medal and 100 Sacred selectors | Same, plus permanent Cernium symbol level five |

Regional symbols required their acquisition/story quests. Catalyst-moved symbols had to be stabilized before receiving the upgraded symbol. Cernium required A Divine Power. Existing Eternal Flame Ring holders could not duplicate it. Zero could not receive Frozen weapon/secondary or Fafnir weapons and could select only Dominator at 220. Selected boss accessories and AbsoLab/Dominator items were permanent/untradable. Ring enhancement scrolls lasted seven days; Miracle Circulators thirty. Outfit pieces were permanent with thirty-day stats; Abyss Hunter Ring was tradable once within the same account/world; Infinite Flame title was permanent with sixty-day stats.
Beyond Burning ran through March 17 at 23:59 UTC for levels 260–268, including eligible Zero/Challenger characters. One character per account could be designated, and the effect could not be removed. Each level-up gained one extra level through 270. Already-reached levels paid no retroactive milestone rewards.

| Beyond level | Reward |
|---|---|
| 261 / 263 | One Sol Erda each |
| 262 / 264 | Twenty permanent fragments each |
| 265 | Arcus symbol level-five coupon |
| 266 / 268 | Two Sol Erda each |
| 267 / 269 | Thirty permanent fragments each; 269 also Burning Flame Wings |
| 270 | Odium symbol level-five coupon and Burning Override title |

Timed rewards expired March 18 at 02:00 UTC and were untradable. Wings/title were permanent; the title's sixty-day stats were +30 all stats/Attack/Magic ATT, +20% Boss Damage/Ignore Defense/EXP, +1,500 HP/MP and +100 Arcane/Sacred Power.
Item Burning joined temporary gear and transferable slot effects
Item Burning ran through April 21 at 23:59 UTC for level 200, A Greater Power and Zero Act 2, once per account. The world-tradable Item Burning Box supplied Challenger hat/top/bottom/gloves/shoes/cape/shoulder/weapon. Zero received no weapon; its equipped Lapis/Lazuli received the applicable Challenger effect. Equipment upgrades unequipped all worn Challenger items. Fusion Anvil or Soul Enchanter use removed their effects.
| Stage | Level and solo boss | Interactive perk | Heroic perk |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 200; Zakum (Chaos) | Higher bonus stats and scroll enhancement; Xenon all-stat scroll | Higher bonus stats |
| 2 | 210; Vellum (Chaos) | Higher bonus stats, added Bonus Potential | Higher bonus stats |
| 3 | 220; Papulatus (Chaos) | Seventeen stars | Seventeen stars |
| 4 | 225; Normal Lotus | Unique Potential | Unique Potential |
| 5 | 230; Normal Guardian Angel Slime | Eighteen stars; improved scrolls, Xenon all-stat | Eighteen stars |
| 6 | 260; Lucid (Easy) | Higher armor/weapon Bonus Potential | Nineteen stars |
After a completed mission, its gauge accumulated boss points; the first week accumulated none. A full gauge yielded a Challenger Key, with two keys from the Slime/Lucid gauges. Zakum gave five points toward fifteen; Vellum and Papulatus five toward twenty; Lotus Normal/Hard five/twelve toward twenty; Slime Normal/Chaos five/seventeen toward thirty-five; Lucid Easy/Normal/Hard five/fourteen/sixteen toward fifty-five. A full gauge stopped further point acquisition.
Keys applied Ignitia effects to armor/weapon slots, toggled through Item Burning and removed at event end. Challenger/Eternal sets were excluded; Ignitia did not stack with Sengoku Era set effects. Zero used the NPC to apply or restore the Lapis/Lazuli effect after scroll use.
| Ignitia pieces | Added effect at the threshold |
|---|---|
| 1 | Attack/Magic ATT +30; Ignore Defense +10% |
| 2 | All stats +20; Attack/Magic ATT +30; Boss Damage +10% |
| 4 | HP/MP +2,000; Attack/Magic ATT +30; Boss Damage +10% |
| 5 | All stats +20; Attack/Magic ATT +30; Ignore Defense +10% |
| 6 | HP/MP +30%; Attack/Magic ATT +30; Boss Damage +10% |
| 7 | Attack/Magic ATT +30; Critical Damage +5% |
| 8 | Attack/Magic ATT +20; Boss Damage +10% |
This update also made the Lucky Item effect of every job’s Genesis and Destiny weapons apply to the Ignitia Set.
Genesis Pass and Frontier Pass served different characters
Genesis Pass sales ran November 13 through April 12, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Use ended April 13 at 23:59 UTC, while its perks lasted through April 20 at 23:59 UTC. The 30,000-NX pass was untradable, limited to two purchases per account and required level 255 without final Genesis awakening. Use additionally required Traces of Von Leon the Lion King to be underway or complete, and Power Unbound, Stage 2 to remain incomplete.

From Lotus missions onward, pass holders on the same Genesis stage could form parties of six instead of two. Existing mission restrictions and the party's 50% Final Damage penalty remained. Trace of Darkness acquisition tripled, with retroactive coupons for bosses already cleared in the applicable week/month. The maximum held increased to 3,000; excess disappeared. Bosses granting those traces also supplied a pass buff of +20 all stats, +20 Attack/Magic ATT, +10% Boss Damage/Ignore Defense, +1,000 HP/MP and +150 Arcane Power.
Liberation granted an untradable Commander's Soul Box with a guaranteed Attack Power or Magic ATT soul choice: Magnus, Lotus, Damien, Lucid, Will, Darknell or Verus Hilla. The January 12, 2026 correction removed the earlier erroneous Von Leon and Arkarium choices because they could not provide those bonuses. The box and selected soul expired April 21 at 23:59 UTC.
Frontier Pass ran November 12 through April 21, 2026 at 23:59 UTC for level 101/Zero Act 2 outside Challenger Worlds. It bound the account's participation to one character permanently for that event. Thirty levels needed 480 points each, with a weekly maximum of 2,000 and Wednesday 00:00 UTC resets. Earlier boss, Monster Park and Extreme clears did not count retroactively. The December 10 correction priced 100 missed prior-week points at 1,000 Maple Points.
Each weekly mission granted 100 points: Symbol daily completions at 6/12/18/24/30; Monster Park clears at 1/2/3/4/5; one Extreme clear; one Epic Dungeon; six/twelve weekly bosses; and 5,000/10,000/15,000/20,000/25,000/30,000 level-range kills. The 49,800-Maple-Point Premium Pass added +200% Normal Enemy Damage and +20% EXP to that participating character through April 21, alongside the additional track below.

Frontier's general rule described rewards as untradable except Sauna coupons, with fragments permanent and other consumables expiring April 21 at 23:59 UTC. Its individual rows differed: free levels 2 and 3 marked their flames/medals world-tradable; free level 23 marked Sauna untradable; premium levels 16/25 marked Sol Erda permanent, and premium level 29 gave its fragments an April 21 expiry. Those row-specific qualifications should be checked before choosing the receiving character. Sauna time charged before February 3 expired at that event's February 3 cutoff even though later Frontier rewards remained available.
Tutorial rewards and the sauna kept their own clocks
The one-per-account Character Creation Guide ran through February 3, offering a World/Channel choice, Burning recommendation, job selection and character customization; skipping or Escape declined it. Jump-Start Tutorial Missions required a level-200 Hyper Burning MAX character, with Zero Act 2, and progressed sequentially after Spiegelette's guidance. Deletion/recreation retained tutorial progress, and each reward was once per account.

| Tutorial requirement | Minimum level | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Fifth-job advancement | 200 | Two thirty-minute 3x coupons |
| Node level five | 200 | Experience Nodestone |
| One Arcane daily | 200 | Fifty Arcane selectors |
| Add one Planner daily | 200 | Weekend Hangout Sneakers |
| One Monster Park clear | 200 | Monster Park Free Entry Ticket |
| Read Legion guide / open Guild UI | 200 | Trait Potion / Weekend Hangout Snack |
| Save a preset | 220 | Ten Karma Black Flames |
| Enable buff sorting | 230 | Two VIP Buff selectors; selected buff one day |
| Register three sequence skills | 230 | Weekend Hangout Headset |
| Solo Zakum (Chaos), Practice accepted | 230 | Legendary Elixir coupon; Sayram's Elixir/Aurelia's Elixir contents seven days |
| Sixth job / Sacred Power twenty | 260 | Sol Erda Energy / ten Sacred selectors |
| One Monster Park Extreme clear | 260 | Weekend Hangout Hoodie |
| High Mountain Story Mode | 260 | I Totally Get It Medal Coupon |

Tutorial rewards were untradable, claimable through February 3 at 23:59 UTC and usable through February 4 at 14:00 UTC; the clothing contents were permanent. Legendary Elixir required a level-200 recipient in a world with Collector's Request completed. The optional fifth-job guide preceded these missions.
Luxe Sauna ran November 12 through February 3 at 23:59 UTC for level 101/Zero Act 2, including Burning characters. A world-tradable seven-day coupon added thirty minutes, or 3,000 Maple Points bought an hour. Charging capped at forty-eight hours weekly, reset Wednesday, and could not extend beyond the remaining event. Time was account-shared and decreased only inside the room, not while logged out. EXP arrived every five seconds at the character's level, capped at the level-294 amount. Empty time automatically removed the character, and no EXP remained available after event end.

Twenteena tied short fights to a world reward track
Twenteena's Adventure Day ran December 17 after maintenance through February 3 at 23:59 UTC for level 101/Zero Act 2. [MapleCon] Twenteena's Adventure Day began participation. Every 1,000 kills within 20 levels gave a chance for a portal to Planet Twent, where an atmospheric effect accompanied arrival. The fight lasted 20 seconds, with difficulty based on the character's level, before automatic transfer to the exit. A lightbulb delivered the rewards. The December 18 correction set the daily limit at ten defeats per character.
All participants could receive Twenteena's Heartfelt Gift, world-transferable and expiring February 4 at 02:00 UTC. It contained 50 permanent untradable Power Elixirs, three world-transferable seven-day Nodestones and 100 world-transferable seven-day Advanced EXP Vouchers.
Damage grades selected a random-reward pouch. Every pouch was account-transferable and expired February 4 at 02:00 UTC. Each could give one of the quantities below, one Sol Erda, or the permanent untradable Friend of Twenteena Medal.
| Damage grade | Pouch | Power Elixirs | Nodestones | Advanced EXP Vouchers | Sol Erda Fragments |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nebula | Twenteena's Small Pouch | 10 | 5 | 300 | 5 |
| Meteor Shower | Twenteena's Medium Pouch (called Intermediate in the notes) | 20 | 10 | 500 | 10 |
| Supernova | Twenteena's Big Pouch | 30 | 20 | 1,000 | 15 |
The Small and Medium Pouch item descriptions specify 200 and 500 Sol Erda Energy respectively, whereas this release's published reward table called each outcome one Sol Erda. The historical table's wording is retained above; the Big Pouch description agrees with its one-Sol-Erda entry.
Elixirs were permanent and untradable. Nodestones, vouchers and Sol Erda were account-transferable and lasted seven days. Fragments were permanent: untradable in Heroic and world-transferable in Interactive. The original table listed Nebula and Meteor Shower for the overlapping level bands “200 and below,” “200–259” and “260 and above.” Its Supernova rows listed only “200 and below” and “260 and above”; no separate middle-band row was supplied.
A daily 2,000-kill quest, [MapleCon] Twentoona Adventure Day, awarded a Planet Twent Entry Ticket once per world per day. The world-transferable ticket expired February 4 at 02:00 UTC and entered the fight directly.
The corrected cumulative rewards were once per world, distinct from the per-character fight allowance. All outer gifts and coupons were account-transferable and expired February 4 at 02:00 UTC; claims still ended February 3 at 23:59. Furniture and non-pet cosmetic contents were permanent and untradable.
| Cumulative defeats | Reward |
|---|---|
| 10 | Twenteena's First Gift: Planet Twent Exercise Ball and Planet Twent Chair, both Home furniture |
| 25 | Twenteena's Second Gift: Twenteena's Treasure furniture and Twenteena's Helmet Coupon |
| 40 | Twenteena's Third Gift: Twentoona's Aquarium furniture and Twenteena's Rocket Mount Coupon |
| 60 | Twenteena's Fourth Gift: Twenteena's Calendar furniture and Twentoona Pet Coupon; pet lasted 90 days, extendable with Water of Life, while its Twentoona's Rocket equipment was permanent |
| 80 | Friend of Twenteena Medal Coupon |

Miracle Time followed equipment-specific Saturdays
Miracle Time doubled the chance to rank up once, using Glowing, Bright, Bonus Glowing, Bonus Bright or Violet Cubes. Reaching Legendary triggered the Double Miracle Time Blessing atmospheric buff for players on the same map. Each slot group had its own 00:00–23:59 UTC window:
| Date | Equipment |
|---|---|
| December 27, 2025 | Hat |
| January 3, 2026 | Top, Bottom, Outfit, Cape |
| January 10 | Weapon, Secondary Weapon, Shield |
| January 17 | Emblem, Mechanical Heart, Ring, Accessory |
| January 24 | Gloves |
| January 31 | Shoes |
Sunny Sunday dates and enhancement exclusions
Sunny Sunday required level 101 and Zero Act 2. These are the specific listed effects for each UTC date:
