They can't be completely exterminated, but there sure would be fewer problems in delivering the food if you decrease their numbers by that much. I leave it to you.

Um... I think those 100 Sand Rats are still out there. It would be wonderful to cut their population down so we could get our food delivered in peace. Then the people of Ariant wouldn't have to worry so much about feeding their families...
