Who Watches the Watchmen?

This place is alright. Clean, well-maintained... a little too nice.

There are three watchmen in total: Leonore, Wonny, and Bavan. Bavan is in charge and Leonore is the lowest on the totem pole. It will be easier to start with the lowest ranking watchman first.

Time to put on my infiltrating hat...

Leonore first. She looked like a real pushover. I believe I saw her by the lower western side of the town.

Actually, I should take a look around first. This place IS pretty nice and I get the feeling they sell excellent clocks.

First up, Leonore. Her duty - analyzing Patrol Robot recordings. Looking over her dossier, it doesn't look like she gives it her all. In summary, lazy as can be.

Second, Wonny. His duty - town regulation. He joined the Black Wings to save his lady friend, but ended up another Black Wings hostage. In summary, might be talkative.

Third, Bavan. He's in charge of all the other watchmen. He sends full reports on all goings-on back to the top Black Wings. In summary, mildly dangerous.

It doesn't seem like any of them are even worth looking into at this point, but they might have information on the people above them.

That Bavan character looked like he knew a little something. Maybe I should talk to him.
