Wonny the Watchman 1

Never seen you around before. Guess the Black Wings are pulling in recruits by the dozens. If you're gonna be one of us, you should get to work.

Go tell Officer Belle to take care of those signs. They're acting weird. It isn't much of a job, but it needs to be done... according to the officials upstairs, at least.

Just go see Belle. I don't want to talk about the Black Wings right now.

You're acting awfully suspicious...

Hello there, citizen! I'm not on duty at the moment. You have instructions from Wonny? So you're one of the Black Wings...

I remember when this used to be our city.

I thought I told you to talk to Belle. The Police Station is on the western side of the town.
