HEXA Offensive Defense is a skill in GMS v271.

Description

The power of the shield protecting the Empress makes enemies vulnerable to Mihile's . Enemies hit with Royal Guard's counterattack receive a debuff. Using to attack enemies with the debuff creates a light shockwave that does an additional attack.

The light shockwave is centered on the boss with the highest Max HP among those hit with the Radiant Soul skill. If there is no boss, then it's centered on the closest enemy among those hit.
