I have been eagerly waiting for you here. I am excited to finally uncover the truth... Judging from the 特力的記事本 that you have in your hand, I guess my wishes have come true... I had a hunch that you'd successfully uncover the truth about 特力 and 瑪迦提亞城.

If you believe I deserve the blame, then I have nothing to say about that. How can I say anything when I perpetuate the swirling rumors about 特力 by not commenting on his innocence? But if silence is also considered a sin, then can I at least say something about other alchemists?

Other alchemists are totally unaware about 特力, nor the origin of 瑪迦提亞城. The reason they were pointing their fingers at 特力 was because they really didn't know any better... they aren't guilty of this, either. Please do not blame the proud alchemists, who have all dedicated their lives to alchemy and little else.

The only person that is guilty of all this is me, 麥德. Can you at least try to understand this foolish president, who still wishes to cover up the truth even after 特力's sacrifice?

...then I want you to hand me 特力的記事本. So long as it remains out in the wild, there's still a chance of the truth being released to the public. By incinerating the book, we're going to burn the truth in flames... even if that means not doing the right thing.

I was hoping for someone to prove 特力's innocence. Once that person came forward, however, I have managed to hide the truth again... isn't that just incomprehensible? I don't know how I am going to live down with this for the rest of my life... can you handle it?
