Frozen Lightning

Frozen Lightning is a skill in GMS v271.

Description

Condenses high-pressure lightning with extreme cold then explodes it to create a frozen landscape where lightning flows. The magic power of the ice and lightning used on enemies within the frozen landscape periodically blooms to deal additional damage. Final Damage increase effect does not apply to Frozen Lightning even when hitting enemies shocked by Jupiter Thunder. The Magic Power Bloom is unaffected by attack reflection.
