Weakening Aura

Weakening Aura is a skill in GMS v271.

Description

Release an ominous aura to weaken your enemies. Use it once more, or use another aura, to cancel it. Weakening Aura has some delay before its effects begin to work, but those effects will linger for a time even after the aura deactivates. Does not apply Combat Orders.
