Life and Death is a skill in GMS v271.

Description

Trap enemies within a prison of frozen time, wielding the power of life and death over all living beings. Throwing Stars created in this frozen time target the boss with the highest Max HP first, and are unaffected by attack reflection.

Lv. 20 - Boss Damage: +20%
